The receptionist provides good service. The room is a little old but the room is very spacious. The atmosphere in the accommodation is pleasant and shady.

The resort has seen better days. Huge rooms, comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location at the center of Pak Nam Pran beach walking distance of bars and restaurants. On the downside both pools were very dirty, unswimmable. The breakfast buffet is pretty thin and offers only instant coffee. We never ate in the restaurant and didn't see any other guests eating there either

This is an excellent small resort. The restaurant is currently only serving breakfast to guest and the bar is closed. However there are many restaurants and bars located nearby. The room was clean and the furniture is nicely arranged. The staff are friendly and helpful. They did speak some English. The breakfast was good. The resort is very picturesque. We really enjoyed our stay here. It has a pool but I did not see handicapped access, but note we only came in from the back, which faces the beach, so they may have some at the front entrance.

Nice location nearby the beach. The hotel decoration is kind a old, the staff was nice. Breakfast was not impressive. There was not many choices of breakfast available. Unfortunately, there were a big group of big bike gangster who checked in on the same day with us and they were not respecting the right of others' customer. They were noisy, drank alcohol and smoke by the pool area, played music loudly until almost midnight. Even, we made a complain to the hotel staff but seem useless, no action taken. Not impressive at all. I love the beach there so much but will definitely find other hotel to spend my next quality time with the family.
